Launching April 2027 · Limited to 25 Fellows per cohort

229: Fellowship

The Executive Leadership Program for Healthcare Technology Executives

The healthcare technology C-suite has never been more accessible…

While others chase certifications and hope for promotion…

Elite professionals are gaining the connections, capabilities, and credibility for C-suite success

The Healthcare Technology Executive Succession Crisis

53%

of healthcare technology executives stepped into their role in the past 3-4 years

25%

have no succession planning at all

2+

years average technology executive tenure at large systems

High turnover + Thin succession benches = Massive opportunity

Yet talented Health IT leaders remain stuck in Director and VP roles for 5-10 years because existing development options validate knowledge but don't produce executive-ready candidates with enterprise exposure and mentorship.
